DIY Coasters

These coasters were super easy, and the possibilities are infinite.
This project was actually the boyfriend's idea, after a crafting fundraiser/workshop he had at work. We decided to give it a go and here's what we ended up with!

Coaster materials:
4"x4" ceramic tiles (Home Depot)
Mod Podge
Sponge brush applicator
Card stock paper
Printer
Spray paint
Scissors
Paper trimmer (optional)
X-acto knife (optional)

How to:
  •  Wipe off your tiles to make sure the surface is clean.
  •  Trim your picture or card stock paper to the appropriate size.
  • Using your sponge brush, apply a thin, even layer of Mod Podge on the surface of the tile, and carefully place your picture/paper on top.
  • Apply a thin and even coat of Mod Podge on top of your picture. Let dry and repeat 5-6 times.
Good luck!
